The location was really nice, surrounded by nature yet not too far from the center. It was great to have a helpful and friendly staff member at the front desk to offer tips and suggestions. the breakfast was really delicious with fresh and homemade options.
The walls were very thin, so we could hear everything our neighbors were doing which was quite annoying. the access to the hotel was also a bit challenging, especially after it rained and everything got muddy.

We loved the tranquility of this hotel and its beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious natural and home-cooked foods. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us excellent recommendations for attractions and restaurants in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we particularly enjoyed the viewing deck and hammock. Despite being away from the city center, the hotel was easily accessible by foot or car.
Can't fault anything about this hotel. This city provided a great respite for hiking and relaxation.

Nestled in the park, our family enjoyed a serene stay away from the city center. A guide arranged by the hotel led us to the pousada on a rocky hillside where we were rewarded with beautiful views. the comfy beds and clean rooms were a great respite while the terrace and gardens offered ample space to relax. the charming breakfast served to us on the terrace was a great start to the day.
The language barrier with the staff made communication challenging.

The view from the hotel was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful. The location was also perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still accessible. We also loved the fact that we were able to upgrade our room for free, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
We must say that the roads leading up to the hotel were difficult to navigate, especially at night, and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with the staff. The room itself was comfortable enough, but the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
